Typical Scope of Installation

(Scope may vary depending on site conditions)

• Decommissioning: Removal of an existing toilet and/or bidet where applicable

• Internal Access: Careful removal and refitting of access panels around the WC and cistern area

• Core Installation: Mounting and testing of compatible concealed cisterns or WC frames (if supplied)

• Precision Fitting: Installation of the shower toilet seat or complete WC unit

• Technical Connections: Connection to existing water supply and pre-prepared electrical points

• Commissioning: Functional testing and calibration of the installed unit

• Completion: Basic making good of the immediate installation area and removal of installation waste

Important Terms

• Site Suitability: Installation is subject to site survey or digital review. Bathroom configurations vary and may affect scope.

• Utilities: Connection is made to existing services only. New electrical circuits, major plumbing alterations, or significant tiling and decorating works are excluded unless quoted separately.

• Assessment: Any required upgrades, remedial works, or structural modifications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

• Logistics: Installation availability is subject to postcode coverage, site access, and scheduling.

• Confirmation: Final scope, cost, and installation date will be confirmed following consultation after an order is placed.

Additional Assessment Option

If the scope of work cannot be confirmed remotely, a site visit can be arranged for a short on-site survey. This is subject to a reasonable survey fee, calculated based on location and travel distance. Any survey fee may be deducted from the final installation cost if the project proceeds.
